The Service, including its design, code, prompts, and AI personas, is owned by or licensed to Lalophos. You retain ownership of any content you create during sessions. You grant Lalophos a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

We do not use your conversation data to train AI models. We do not sell your data to third parties.
